I woke up today and didn’t feel rested at all. I think it was from staying up till 1 last night. After lying around the house, I decided to go to Ballys and finally get in that leg lift that I have been missing. I had some lunch beforehand, which was an entire bag of edamame. I ran a short distance to warm up. After this I went to the squat rack. After my first set I started to feel weird, like a tight tourniquet was being wrapped around my right leg. I immediately stopped for fear of injury and did 30 minutes on the elliptical. I will be sure to lift legs next week, and hopefully find what caused this pain.

Friday night I went out for a couple of drinks, then went and saw Paranormal Activity. The way the movie was filmed made me feel nauseous. Another night to screw with my internal clock, I finally was in bed at 1 AM.
