Monday 10/19/2009

This morning I woke up and felt the effects of the beer and whiskey last night. I just need to give myself one good night of sleep. Maybe tonight, but I still am worried about lifting legs. I went out and got a run in. I was able to run the airfield in 25:07, a fairly standard time. My legs were sore, and it was slightly windy. I didn't wear enough clothes, and turned into the wind and started freezing. Hopefully that sped me up. No music/headphones either, made the run a bit more painful.

Afterward I had a sandwich w/ turkey, munstercheese, tomato, and onion. There was a lot of mayo and mustard involved. I also snacked on some yogurt, a mcintosh apple and some candy.

I never got to bally's to get my legs lifted, but I did get my heart rate monitor. I am really excited for my exercise tomorrow at lunch. I can't decide if I will run or lift legs. Probably run.
